WAYS TO USE

1. Diffusing cinnamon bark essential oil will rid the air of environmental threats and also freshen up the space.
2. Dilute with Fractionated Coconut Oil to create a warming massage for cold, achy joints. Dilute to 0.07%.
3. Add a drop of the EO and some honey to a cup of tea to soothe a scratchy throat.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
- Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil (e.g., coconut) to minimize any skin sensitivity.
- Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
- Internal: Take internally with a veggie capsule or in 4oz drink of your choice with an emulsifier like honey.*

Product Abstract: Cinnamomum zeylanicumoriginates in Sri Lanka. It is a tropical evergreen tree of the laurel family growing up to 15 m (45 feet) in the wild. The tree has a very thin smooth bark, with a light yellowish brown color and a highly fragrant odor. Its pleasant scent makes it, in small amounts, a spicy addition to creams, lotions and soaps.
