WAYS TO USE
- Mix a drop with a teaspoon of carrier oil and apply on legs and feet before and after a workout for a cooling sensation.
- If your back needs some attention after a day of heavy work, use NIUXYS Soothe (diluted) for a soothing back rub.
- Add a drop or two to Epsom salts and add to a tub of warm water. Soak your tired feet.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
- Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil (e.g., coconut) to minimize any skin sensitivity.

CLOVE ESSENTIAL OIL
cloves are the active ingredient that helps the blood flow through the area and help reduce the pain. Because it helps improve circulation, clove oil is ideal for reducing the pain and discomfort typically associated with tension headaches.
PEPPERMINT ESSENTIAL OIL
Peppermint contains menthol, which has a cooling effect on sore, achy muscles. It also has analgesic, antispasmodic, and anti-inflammatory properties.
WINTERGREEN ESSENTIAL OIL
Wintergreen oil is applied to the skin as a “counterirritant” to relieve muscle pain. Counterirritants work by causing irritation that reduces pain and swelling in the underlying tissue.
HELICHRYSUM ESSENTIAL OIL
Research shows that Helichrysum essential oil decreases swelling and inflammation, improves circulation, and decreases muscle pain. In addition, clinical studies show that can help heal nerve, joint, and muscle tissue pain.
