WAYS TO USE
- Start your day by drinking a glass of warm water with a drop of lemon EO and a little honey added. It will help flush out the toxins.*
- Add a few drops to a bottle of spray bottle and use to clean surfaces.
- Diffuse in a room to purify and freshen the air.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
- Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil (e.g., coconut) to minimize any skin sensitivity.
- Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
- Internal: Take internally with a veggie capsule or in 4oz drink of your choice with an emulsifier like honey.*

Product Abstract: The Lemon tree was originally a small thorny evergreen tree native to India. It is now common in Southern Europe, Florida and California. The fruit was well known in Europe by the middle ages, and the Greeks and Romans were advocates of its properties. Lemon Oil has been historically recognized as a cleanser, and Lemons themselves reached the height of fame when the British Navy began using citrus fruits to counteract the effects of scurvy.
