WAYS TO USE

1. Mix with a carrier oil and massage into sore and tired muscles for a warming effect.
2. Add a drop to a teaspoon of carrier oil and apply on temples and forehead to relieve tension.
3. Add to a cotton ball and leave in your gym bag or a musty smelling corner of the house.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
- Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil (e.g., coconut) to minimize any skin sensitivity.
- Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.

Product Abstract: Menthyl salicylate is the principal constituent of this plant. Wintergreen and Sweet Birch oil are nearly identical in chemical composition and aroma; similarly, both were used in traditional folk remedies by the aboriginal peoples of North America.
